TripActions has launched a new Office Guides platform to help companies facilitate travel to company offices by hybrid and remote workers.
The platform gives users a place within the TripActions app to access information about company offices. It uses AI to populate provide such information as preferred arrival airports and nearby hotels. Admins can fine-tune the list to recommend specific hotels through TripActions’ hotel badging tool.
The platform also can provide information specific to the office, such as building access, conference room locations, key contacts and policies.
TripActions users have the option to switch on Office Guides for each officer, limiting it to the offices with the most frequent visitors if they prefer, according to TripActions. Users also can link to existing internal wiki pages or other systems if they already have them set up to provide office information.
