Wheels Up has appointed former T-Mobile executive Julia Zhang as SVP of pricing and revenue management, the private aviation supplier announced.

Zhang will be responsible for developing revenue growth strategies for Wheels Up and will work to create dynamic pricing rules and other processes for pricing decisions to help the company grow its membership and optimize fleet strategies. She most recently was VP of device and supply chain strategy, analytics, planning and reporting for T-Mobile, where she led development of the telecommunications company’s “un-carrier” marketing strategy that helped propel the company from fourth- to second-largest carrier in the United States.

Wheels Up, which merged with Delta Private Jets last year, has made several executive appointments in recent months, including former Airbnb, Groupon and Amazon senior executive Vinayak Hegde as chief marketplace officer and software engineer and tech entrepreneur Gene McKenna as chief product officer.
